Packaged product will only be accepted for return within 14 days of purchase, with receipt.

I just wanted to thank you for your phone call about your new books related to scrapbook quotes. Your call Saturday morning, telling me that you received three new books on the subject was greatly appreciated.

I needed a Christmas gift for Joyce and thought a book would be perfect. ... And then, of course, Judy, who was working the counter that day, had to point out the new papers from Basic Grey. She remembered that Joyce loved them and had purchased several of the sheets the last time she was in. So I bought Joyce one each of all the new ones, along with the tags, the fibers, etc. It is the perfect Christmas gift for her. I am sure she’s going to love it all!
