I was in San Francisco on vacation in mid-June. I carried along the latest issue of Creating Keepsakes for reading on the plane.

During my stay, I looked up local scrapbook stores in the Store Directory section of the magazine and found your number. I quickly called it to ask for directions. The lady who answered gave me terrific directions. My granddaughter and I were able to drive right to it with no problems!

I was so impressed with your store! What a selection! So many of the newest products that I have trouble finding locally were stocked right there in your store. Much to my husband's dismay, I purchased many treasures during my visit to your store and brought them home with me.

Since I have been home, I have browsed your web site. The classes you offer sound wonderful. I wish I was closer so I could attend them! I wish we had a comparable scrapbook store in east Tennessee!

Returns

No refunds or returns accepted for cardstock, idea books, magazines, paper, ribbons, software, stickers, special orders, stamps, unpackaged embellishments.

Packaged product will only be accepted for return within 14 days of purchase, with receipt.

Class Cancellations

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel at least 48 hours before class, you will forfeit your class fee.

Privacy

First, we only ask you to provide information that we need in order to deliver the products, services or information you have requested.

Secondly, we don’t share the information you have given us with any person or organization external to Scrapbook U. We do not sell your name and/or personal information to anyone.
